BOM review, availability analysis, and procurement through authorised distribution channels only. No counterfeit, no grey-market — with traceability documentation and schedules aligned to your fabrication and assembly program.
Service Overview
Component quality is not negotiable. Counterfeit and grey-market parts are the leading cause of field failures in electronic products — and they are often indistinguishable without testing. We source exclusively through authorised distribution channels with documented traceability.
We review your BOM for availability, flag long-lead and end-of-life parts, recommend alternatives, and align procurement schedules with your fabrication and assembly timeline. Both full-turnkey and partial-consigned models are supported.

BOM Formats Accepted
Share your BOM and we'll review availability, flag risks, and propose sourcing options.
Supply Models
We adapt to your supply chain model. Whether you need us to source everything or just fill the gaps, we work to your requirements.
We source every component on your BOM. You supply board files and we handle the rest — procurement, kitting, and delivery to assembly. Eliminates purchasing overhead and coordination risk.
You supply the parts you already have or prefer to source yourself. We fill the gaps — long-lead items, hard-to-find parts, or components where our authorised channel pricing is competitive.
You supply all components, kitted and labelled by reference designator. We receive, verify against BOM, and proceed to assembly. Inspection on receipt included.

Why It Matters
The risks of counterfeit and grey-market components go beyond cost — they affect safety, reliability, and your liability.
Counterfeit ICs often pass basic visual inspection — failures appear months later in the field. Authorised sourcing with CoC eliminates this risk.
Every component is traceable to its manufacturer lot. Essential for quality audits, warranty claims, and regulated applications (medical, defence, automotive).
Authorised distributors provide datasheet-level RoHS and REACH compliance data. Grey-market parts lack this — creating compliance gaps for export markets.
Component delivery timed to your fab completion — no waiting for parts when boards are ready. Integrated with our assembly scheduling.
Our procurement team knows which parts are approaching EOL, which have long lead times, and which have well-qualified alternates — before shortages hit your production.
Components, fabrication, and assembly under one roof. No coordination between multiple vendors — one order, one delivery, one contact.
BOM Best Practices
A well-structured BOM reduces review time and minimises back-and-forth. Follow these guidelines for the fastest turnaround.
Manufacturer part number is the most critical field. Description and value alone are ambiguous — MPN eliminates substitution risk completely.
Include quantity per assembly, not total order quantity. We calculate total based on board count — reduces errors for multi-board orders.
If equivalent parts are acceptable, list them in the BOM or state "approved alternates accepted." This avoids delays when primary parts are out of stock.
Many ICs come in multiple packages — SOT-23, SOIC-8, QFN, etc. Specifying the package prevents wrong-footprint sourcing and assembly errors.
Mark "Do Not Populate" clearly in the BOM. DNP components on the PCB that are not required should not be sourced — avoiding cost and confusion.
For passives, include tolerance and voltage/temperature rating where critical. 10kΩ 1% is different from 10kΩ 5% — especially in precision or high-voltage circuits.
