Single-sided to multilayer — high-grade FR-4 with Tg 150 °C / 170 °C options. Prototype to production, no minimum order, direct from our Gandhinagar factory.
About the Service
The PCB is the foundation of every electronic product. At S.B. Electronics, we manufacture boards with process discipline at every stage — from incoming material inspection to final electrical test.
We use high-grade FR-4 as our primary substrate, with Tg 150 °C and Tg 170 °C class laminates for designs that demand thermal reliability. Our engineering team guides laminate and stack-up selection so you never over-specify or under-specify.

Board Types
From simple prototype boards to complex high-density interconnect designs — choose the board type that matches your application requirements.
Conductive tracks on one side only. Ideal for simple consumer electronics, power supplies, and cost-sensitive designs where component density is low.
Learn more →Copper traces on both sides with or without plated through-holes. Suited to industrial controls, communication modules, and mid-density designs.
Learn more →4, 6, 8 or more copper layers bonded in a single stack-up. Enables high-density routing, dedicated power/ground planes, and controlled impedance for high-speed signals.
Learn more →Polyimide-based circuits that bend, fold, and flex. Used in wearables, medical devices, cameras, and anywhere space or repeated motion rules out rigid boards.

Materials
The right material choice directly impacts reliability, thermal performance, and cost. Here is how we guide selection.
General-purpose glass-epoxy laminate for most consumer and industrial applications. Cost-effective, widely stocked, excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
Our default recommendation for most designs. Better dimensional stability during soldering, suitable for lead-free assembly processes (ROHS compliant builds).
Superior heat resistance for power electronics, automotive applications, and assemblies with high reflow temperatures. Preferred when boards are exposed to elevated operating temperatures.
Paper-phenolic (FR-2) and composite epoxy materials (CEM-1, CEM-3) for single-sided and low-cost double-sided applications where FR-4 is over-specified.
High-temperature-resistant flexible substrate. Excellent for dynamic flex applications (repeated bending cycles), wearables, and medical devices where thin, light, and flexible circuits are required.
Surface Finishes
The surface finish protects exposed copper and determines solderability. Each has trade-offs in cost, shelf life, and assembly process compatibility.
